An integrated approach

Water being an increasingly precious resource, Land'Act is committed to integrating alternative rainwater management as a full-fledged landscape composition element in projects.

The challenge is to capture this water as close as possible to its point of fall, to infiltrate it into the soil, and to use it as a complementary lever to create the conditions for the constitution of urban freshness islands, while improving the biodiversity by the more or less permanent presence of this element (specific flora and small fauna).
